Anand Gears is a Mumbai (Bhayandar) based manufacturer of industrial gearboxes and custom gears — worm, helical and bevel — supplying OEMs and end users across India since 1996. Product families include worm reduction gearboxes (NU, NMRV, KL and Adaptable series) and custom right-angle helical-bevel units, built in-house on a full machine shop: gear hobbing, thread milling, CNC turning, HMC/VMC machining and assembly.
We are looking for a hands-on Production Manager to own day-to-day operations of the gear manufacturing shop — planning, machining, quality and dispatch — leading the shop-floor team and reporting directly to the partners.
₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month, commensurate with experience. This is a senior, high-ownership role in an established gear manufacturing company celebrating 30 years in business.
