Built In-House
Every motor we gear needs something to start it. Our panel shop builds that something: DOL starters for small drives, star-delta assemblies to ~25 HP, VFD panels with protection and bypass, PLC panels with the logic configured, and motor control centres for multi-drive installations. Enclosures come in powder-coated mild steel, stainless steel, PVC, or polycarbonate, built to the ingress protection your site needs.
Panels are function-tested before dispatch and ship with as-built drawings and test certificates. And because the same vendor supplies the geared motor and the drive, the overload settings, ramp times, and interlocks arrive already matched to the machine.
