Anand Gears KL family — 90° spiral bevel and 1:1 miter units with compact square bodies, flange or foot mounting. Gears cut in Bhayander East, Thane.
KL Family
KL is Anand Gears' spiral bevel gearbox family — not a worm series. Gleason-type spiral teeth turn the drive through 90 degrees in a compact square body. A miter is usually 1:1 (speed unchanged, direction changed). Reduction KL units are built when the machine also needs a ratio. Housings take flange or foot mounting; output plates are drilled to the machine frame when the job needs it.

Where It Runs
Recurring 1:1 miter lots with flange plates matched to track-machine frames. See the rail application page for that pattern.
Miter bevels and line shafts keep several screw jacks mechanically in time. Used on synchronized lifting platforms.
Compact 90° turn where a worm box is the wrong geometry and a helical in-line will not fit the frame.
Send the old unit or a sketch in mm. Gears are cut here, so a worn bevel set can be remade without importing a complete box.

KL is Anand Gears' spiral bevel family. A miter is usually 1:1 at 90 degrees. It is not a worm gearbox.
No. Packaging, material handling, and multi-jack systems use the same family.
Not on this page. Send body size, ratio, flange PCD in mm, shaft ends, and duty for a budgetary offer.
